About me
I live in China, in a far away rural town. I'm the only foreigner here. There is only Chinese food available to eat here, and some Western ingredients only available in the capital city which is 5 hours away by bus. So I have shipped over ingredients like baking chocolate and spices, and equipment like a pasta maker, meat grinder and make everything from scratch. You could say I'm spoiled when it comes to good home made food. I like all sorts of ethnic foods and am famous for my birthday cakes which I make for the students in my high school. I'm 54, live here alone and have 2 sons in the USA. I used to live in Mexico, and Costa Rica for a total of 20 years. I've lived here in China for 10 years.

I am living in Chicago most of my life. I made your bundt cake Sour cream with pumpkin. Tomorrow I leave for HI for 1 week. My 23 year old son is watching my dogs so I amde him the cake. The rest of my kids will eat some in the morning. I have a total of 5 children and am divorce for 3 months after a 25 year marriage. I am learning to live alone when my kids are with their dad. I'm 54, and live here alone. My 2 sons live in the USA for now. I speak Spanish and Chinese, and used to live in Mexico, and Costa Rica as well as the USA.
