I tried the Crockpot Sweet Pork Loin. It had a good taste to it, but I couldn't slice it. It was very stringy. I slow-cooked it for 8 hrs. Any suggestions on what to do with it if it's stringy? Maybe pulled pork? Did I cook it too long?
