    Hallo!!they can be either!I have made bigger cookies,which then turn out soft and cakey but if I make smaller,flatter cookies,they are crisp and crumbly!

    Thanks for your comments, enjoy the almond, tahini, date balls. You may want to sub sunflower seeds for some of the almonds as well. :)

    Thanks for checking out my corn salad recipe.If you are not a fan of jalapeno,red pepper goes so well with corn,or for this salad yellow bell/or orange pepper will look very nice with the other veggies.
