Hi, I've always used travel as inspiration for my cooking, which is why I really like Thai. Thai food is so fresh, simple and tasty and you'll find that the quality is consistent whether they sell it on the street or in a hotel. Its only when it comes across the wtaer that it gets oily and overloaded with peanut sauce. I began liking Chinese cooking as I was studying near Chinatown in Toronto. I'm a casual cook but I've slowly started buying equipment recently.
