    This was so good! I made it the long way - from 200 to 250. The only thing I did was I put the glaze on at 250, baked for an hour, flipped for 40 minutes and then flipped back again for another 20 so the skin would dry out a bit. It didn't get super crispy but it wasn't all soft and mushy either. Very delicious. I liked the sweet of it and it was sticky! :) Added my picture, too. A really great recipe. Some more in IMI.

    my family loves when I make these rolls.
    I always thought that the yeast would only rise in a warm place , this receipe proved me wrong. I highly recommend using this receipe

    Oh my gosh, I love flautas! I have had them just about everywhere in the US and made them a million different ways, but this recipe is hands down the best. Better than the ones I had in mexico on my anniversary!

    Nice to hear from you again, especially on my
    'Comment/Public Page'! This is where everyone goes for
    personal comments. About the number on the 'avatar'I understand that
    it has to do with how many recipes that a person submits,
    how many times the site is used to locate and rate recipes
    and things of this nature; if there is more involved than this I do not know what it is. When I first came onto the 'site' about
    9 months ago I had a "7", I have used the site quite frequently
    and now I have a "10". I hope this helps !
