Some of my favorite dishes include 1) warm medjool dates filled with mascarpone atop olive oil and a touch of fleur de sel and 2)white ahi wrapped in speck (like a smoky pancetta) set atop a mixture of farro, pine nuts, currants, spinach and pomegranite molasses. You will not be disappointed.
