Zest is abundant, although for those who cannot or do not enjoy the really hot stuff, you can have it YOUR WAY TOO! The most beautiful part of dinning at Mi Tierra is the awesome degree of FRESHNESS that is part of every dish I've had there. It tastes like Mama just cooked it at home, no small surprise since all offerings are prepared freshly for you. Some items are only available on the Weekends and she is still playing with and fine tuning the menu, as she sees what items seem to do best. I can honestly say that her Mother's beans, served as a side or incorporated into many dishes, are just about the best tasting beans I've ever had anywhere. This is a small Restaurant, family owned and it shows in the personal attention and care that goes into each serving. There is often an awesome Tres Lecha Cake available that is light, sweet and perfect. You can walk out comfortable and happy for under $10.00 Full Dinners usually under $15.00 If you are within driving distance, or passing through and have any love for Fresh, home cooked flavors of Hispanic taste...YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE!
