Blue Ginger is world class chef Ming Tsai's restaurant; which is well worth the money but expect to spend $50 to $75 a person. Everything is great but Ming personally recommends the lobster and butterfish, and the bittersweet chocolate cake is the best chocolate dessert I've ever had. Reservations are available through Open Table.
