A great place for lunch--if you feel like battling the Starbucks crowd! It's extremely busy here between 11:30-1 with the corporate Starbucks people from across the street. The food here is very affordable, fast and tastes great. On the down side, it's also extremely noisy here and hard to hear the diners you are with. If you're in a rush, try the banh mi (only available to go!) or some fresh spring rolls on the run.

They have great sandwiches - good for an on-the-go meal. It's usually pretty packed in there, but they serve your meal quickly.
