Very fresh seafood, excellent batter for fried dishes, healthful salads, and lighter fish dishes. Went out of there way to make a "cholesterol-free" dish for one of my friends. Sauteed mushrooms are a must! Efficiency of service can vary depending how busy it is but wait staff is always pleasant and the music is fun. Best deal is the weekday lunch special fish and chips and side of coleslaw for $5.95

"I gave this place 4 tries thought the years, in hopes of improvement with NO LUCK. This place has cobwebs and looks like it never gets cleaned. The servers are rude and sloppy each time. The food has always been a disappointment the fish has been sightly raw, with the taste of dirty fry oil. I also had a Pasta Special, big mistake. Overcooked pasta. The sauce was no more than melted butter and milk. I should have know better about ordering something other than fish, at a seafood place. The clam chowder has been good, but I think it's from a can. I also tried a steak, with not much luck. The cooks don't seem to understand Med Rare. The meat tasted old and my baked potato was ice cold. The salad was brown and slimey. This place reminds me of a slop house! Better off buying fresh food at the market and taking it home."
