You walk up, place your order, take a seat, and pick up your order when your number is called. The food was wonderful. Two self serve drink stations and a salsa bar with a wide variety of salsas and condiments. I ordered the crispy chicken tacos and found them to be exactly as described, crispy and stuffed with chicken. I was told by my companions, the fajitas were excellent, both chicken and beef. They raved about the freshly made flour tortillas. One last thing, don't forget to order sopapillas with cinnamon sugar and honey for desert - Yummy!
