We chose the "Market Bar" which allows one to choose meat or tofu and lots of fresh veggies plus a stir fry sauce--you then watch a chef cook your food. It also includes rice or noodles. There are many more menu choices that sound delish! This is a chain restaurant--also on 82nd St in Indy plus in Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, New York & Florida.
