But I shall continue...If you are looking for a New York style cheesecake you are OUT OF LUCK. These cakes are incredibly light and fluffy. They quite literally melt off your fork into your mouth. Downside of this? Well you can go through a good portion of an entire cake yourself! Oh the gluttony.
