Best sandwich in North Beach? I think so. Favorites are dutch crunch and Club on toasted Sourdough. Oh their meat is so tender and wonderful. Mmmm... Also the service is great. Try to get there early as some of their good breads sell out.

Best in NB? I have no clue, but it was very good. I got a simple turkey sandwich on Dutch Crunch (which came highly recommended). Freddie's was REALLY crowded around 12:30. I had quite a wait. Next time I go back (which I certainly will) it will be much later in the day.
