The Sunoco station near my apartment actually served as the only Indiana take-out restaurant in town. The owners of the take-out realized how popular they are and decided to open a full-restaurant separate from the gas station. The selection of food is vast, with at least 7-12 (or more) items for each section (Lamb, Biryani, Chicken, Vegetarian, Beef, Indo-Chinese, Bread, Appetizer). The dinner portions are quite large. A friend and I split our whole meal and still had leftovers to take over. The samosas are excellent. Taj Mahal provides you with three sauces to choose from the samosas: a sweet, Hoisin-like sauce, spicy raw onions, and pureed basil. I think the basil was the best. They have many variations on their nan bread from plain to stuffed, and the Hyderabadi Lamb Biryani was excellently spiced! There are 6 spice levels, so if you like it hotter, just ask!
The lunch offerings at the moment are similar to the dinner selections. They are thinking about adding a buffet for lunch. Yum!
