Hottsie Tottsie Slaw, German Potato Salad redolent with bacon and vinegar for sides. This terrific little addition to the fast food genre is a welcome change of pace. Don't forget the off-beat sides like Green Chile Hominy. Meatloaf sandwiches/marinated grilled chicken/fresh tuna salad available as sandwiches or wraps. It is a definite repeat go-to for something different. Fun decor with cartoon cow motif, they will even serve you in your car (sorry, no rollerblades). The brisket is our favorite, smokey, sassy, tender, moist served on great yeast rolls with chipotle mayonnaise.
