If you're looking for affordable sushi and a unique atmosphere this is the place! Blue C Sushi is a conveyor belt sushi bar with a variety of items to choose from. You grab what you want off the belt -eat it - stack your plates - check out. Your bill is calculated by how much you eat. Great place for groups!

Blue C is a weekly lunch staple for me. I recommend asking for a Blue S Salad (with or without chicken). It's wonderful and has the most amazing fat-free dressing. I'm also a fan of their California rolls. My favorites thing about Blue C is that you can get a small portion of a lot of different sushi. You don't have to commit to an entire roll of anything. Also, when you're really hungry, the food is right there. For me, it's the only fast food I'll eat!

As a side note - I much prefer the Fremont location vs the U-Village place. There is no bar/waiting area in the U-Village one :). Keep your eye on what is being currently made and what has been rotating for a while to get fresher pieces!
