Tinabeans (GroupRank 6) Posted 1 year, 1 month ago: Near a city with one too many tourist-trap fake Irish restaurant/bars, this one provided a nice drop of authenticity. The salmon potato cakes (appetizer) were beyond belief. The menu serves homey, delicious classic dishes like Bangers and Mash and Lager Beef Stew. Our waitress, who had a spiffy accent, regaled us with knowledge about Irish food and culture. Only complaint would be that I'm actually under 21, so I couldn't partake of any Guinness. =P There are also Irish dancing classes to live music at the bar on Monday evenings. Noise level medium to loud, atmosphere casual.
