With a menu boasting over 30 different kinds of chili, it would seem like making a decision might be impossible. However, all chilis are slow cooked in batches over several days, so that only 10 to 12 are offered any single day. Several different topping choices are offered, including naturals like cheese and sour cream, and head scratchers (although surprisingly tasty with some of the chilis) like chocolate chips. Also offered are wonderful vessels for your chili of choice including baked potatoes, fries and brats, and sides like tortilla chips and a cornbread that is out of this world. Vegetarian chilis are also on the menu, and each chili is rated on a spiciness scale. Free samples are offered before you order by the always friendly staff.
