I just ran across this recipe again and thought....hmmm, now with a microwave, I bet this would be even easier now.  However, the recipe below is not adapted for the microwave...yet...but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.  It is delicious and we always doubled the recipe because it goes so fast.  Enjoy!
