Chile Pepper Chili Sauce Hot Chops

Serve with foodie friend pleclare's Boston Baked Beans (I am a fan) and corn and potato fritters.
Since we are trying to spend
a bit more time being choosy at the store, (thanks to lana)I have made it a mission to grab less expensive cuts of meat from the store and try to make something really tasty and appealing from them.
These were four pork chops, bone-in, and were about $2.75 altogether.
They were slightly thin, and a little bit fatty, but my idea was to make them as tasty as I could and cook the minimum amount of time on the barbie.

Crab Louis Dressing

You don't have to have Crab Louis to enjoy this dressing. Use on shrimp or other seafood, or on a variety of salads. Number of servings is merely an approximation, depending upon what you use it for.
