Coffee-N-Cream Martini

With Kahlua, Irish cream liquor and chocolate, this martini taste like a dessert. It's an after dinner drink that's easy to mix. This drink could be served as a party drink also, it's a real reat. Adapted from Clara Coulston's recipe posted in the Taste of Home along with the photo.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Stole from AllRecipes.com, because I needed a recipe to use up some of our Bailey's Irish Cream (By: Sue Haser
"Great tasting glazed Bundt cake with Irish cream baked in. Excellent for any time or any occasion.") Great cake!. I have had many repeat requests every time I take it somewhere. I handle the glaze differently than the recipe with much better results. After I remove the cake and let it cool 20 minutes, I poke holes in the cake, make the glaze, then pour the glaze into the bundt pan and replace the cake in the pan. I let it sit another 20 minutes and then turn it out onto a cake round. All the glaze is absorbed and it gives a pretty finish to the crust. Then I sprinkle a few more finely chopped pecans over the top for presentation.

Brain Hemorrhage Halloween Drinks

This is the Halloween party shot-- one of the funniest Halloween drinks you'll make this year! It looks so disgusting and creepy, you may just have a hard time getting your guests to try one. But they'll be surprised as how great this tastes! The texture can be a little weird, though --which makes it a great Halloween cocktail-- so it's best taken all in one shot....................lol ..click on the picture to pull it up bigger to look at it ........ its gross. ewww lol........dont look too long just swallow lol........
