Copycat Chilis Southwest Egg Rolls

This is a copycat version for Chili's southwestern Egg Rolls. I just adore these egg rolls and I have made a meal out of them (Oink!). they're just SO good. I've recently started making egg rolls and you know what? They're a bit time consuming, but they're not hard to make at all. The key is to let your oil heat back up in between batches, so you don't have limp egg rolls sitting around soaking up less-than-hot oil. Prep time includes some freezing time, 4 hours. This is the same Chili's Egg Roll recipe that's floating all over the internet. I haven't made these yet, but I'm going to very soon.
