For those of ya'll not from the South, a Boston Butt is usually cut from the shoulder of the front leg, usually with the bone in. I prefer bone in, but get what you like. No bone will cook faster. If you have the time you can do the entire thing on the grill. I usually transfer to my crockpot after I get a good char on it. I've heard this is really tasty and I usually shred it and serve it with my fennel slaw and grilled pineapple rings for neat twist on the traditional pulled pork sammich.
