Putercops Slim Jims

Vacuum bags they freeze easier.
As I said I made the 2nd clone and it was really good but you don;t have the snap from the casing since there is none and you have to pay close attention that you don;t overdry it and make it into a jerky texture..
Vinnie made the first clone, I haven;t yet, and I tried it and it was a bit on the smokey side but really really good and had that snap.
I remember when we talked about it he said to adjust the seasoning up or down to your taste. He did this by making a small patty and throwing it on a smokey grill to get a rough taste.
You also don;t get all the grease that comes with a slim jim after it sits for a while.
Dice these add these to eggs or breakfast burritos or pizza... yummy.
Going to put them out on the site while I have it in a manageable format.
