Bibimbap

One of the most popular
dishes in Korean cuisine, bibimbap is a nutritious
rice dish of steamed rice and pre-cooked vegetables
(usually spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms,
egg and lettuce. It can also contain ground beef but
can be ordered without meat. Dolsot bibimbap is the
same dish served in a hot stone pot (the pot is
pre-heated in oven) to make the rice on the bottom
crunchy and to keep the dish hot for a longer time.
Bulgogi (BULL-go-ghee): Literally meaning "fire meat",
bulgogi is thinly sliced, usually rib-eye or sirloin,
marinated grilled meat. Gochuchang (GOH-choo-jang)
paste: spicy red pepper paste sold either in glass
jars or plastic containers that can be purchased at
any Korean or Asian food market.

Barbecued Rib Eye - Bulgogi

In West Los Angeles there's a Japanese Korean Bar B Q that happens to be one of my favorite places to frequent.

This is one of the bbq dish that I enjoy as rib eye is also one of my favorite meats.

There's a hint of sweetness intermingle with the Asian flavors when combined with soy sauce, sake, and mirin.

Low Carb Wraps Or Flatbread

I am always looking for a low carb easy to make bread recipe.s
I saw this on recipe email and decided to try it
This would also make a good low carb pizza base
It's a little tricky at first but I consider this a wonderful recipe for low carbers! .Its no fat, low carb, low salt and sugar. Of course play around with the recipe. My thought was to add some herbs or garlic powder or even some sesame seeds to the recipe. A good start for the New Years Diet! Also great for diabetics!

JR Jrs Brownie Bars

What do you make for a chocolate freak who's allergic to dairy, nuts and soy? Any chcolate except unsweetened is out because of the lethicin, and butter, coconut oil and most shortening is off the books too! Well, I got creative, and busted out the black beans! My initial batch had mixed reviews because of the banana flavour, so I used a rather interesting blend of ingredients in this batch - flaxseed, apple butter and an egg as well. Add rich, dark-roast coffee and bitter chocolate too and you've got a winner!
