Finaly today I have all the ingredient to make my own sushi, yesterday We go to Indianapolis to Asia Mart . I found the tofu(inari) fish sausage, and the rice I got it on Walmart. The wine and the nori I already have at home. guess this is not my first time to make sushi but this probably the best sushi I am gonna make, since I got 2 of the best recipe from the source that I can rely on. First thanks to Wheny for the recipe to make a delicious Sushi( rice with vinegar), and second to Alton Brown for the technique of how to cook and make a great Sushi(rice with vinegar). and at the end I have to adapt to my own tool and ingredient , lucky for me the rice was cook really well on my handy dandy microwave rice cooker.
So i begin making the rice and with both of the great recipe and technique my rice is done and taste awsome , really I never taste rice this good. and than I prep my other ingredient, like the eggs, that's it, the other ingredient I just have to slice them and here they goes my first real sushi.
Just as I Finished making my sushi I heard the door bell rang and guess who's coming home, Yes my lovey dovey, lucky for him the supper is ready, well I am not so sure He will eat my sushi, since the last few couple sushi that I make before He is now tired of my Sticky and strange taste sushi that I make . so yesterday he already told me Hon please just make sushi for your self I don't need one, Oh well we'll see.
He come home and look a preety platter of sushi and I asked him to try one and He said hmm this is good shushi, I asked Him, is it, doeas it really taste like a real sushi, he nodded and really enjoying what he had in his mouth. ready for second I gave him the plate here honey this is your plate, and when he look at the plate he asked where is the wasabi I pointed him to the lil green on the plate and he smile thats not enough, I said yes it is this one is really good , just a lil dab you can feel the heat, well i guess He didn't listen to me cos he almost choked up on the first bite, man when do man learn to listen to their wife . LOL.
Well enough of me talking
Enjoy the Sushi
