Low Fat Low Cal Mac And Cheese

I don't know if anyone else wants to try this, I just want to keep it on here with my other recipes. I used vegetarian ground burger (Boca). I have no idea if real meat will work, as I don't eat it. It is only 225 calories per 1 cup serving. Not awful considering

PP Pizzapasta Omelette

I turn everything into an omelette. This was stuff that was to the point of either eat or throw out very soon. Not wanting to waste anything, I threw it all together and it was so good I was asked to keep this recipe. You can't mess this up.

Lower Calorie Hummus

I love hummus and even though it's good for you it's high in calories. Here is a way to cut some of those calories and not sacrifice any flavor at all.

Another Chicken Nugget Casserole

I like easy, hearty meals that I can play with and use up what I have. Cheap and yummy is my goal :-)
This is another recipe I came across because of too many chicken nuggets in my freezer.

Chicken Nugget Casserole

We are a vegetarian family and buy the "fake meat's" in bulk. The "chicken" nuggets were on sale so I had a freezer full of them and needed some recipes to use them up. This would be great for meat eaters after Thanksgiving or other holidays where you have stuffing and mashed potatoes left over. Or you can make them from scratch, as I have done. This recipe can be played with and altered to suit your family's taste.
This is great with gravy, a nice green salad, and/or cranberry sauce.

Cornflake Grilled Cheese

A little different take on regular toasted cheese sandwiches. I made these with vegetarian ham or turkey slices, you can use any deli sliced ham (real or vegetarian) or omit it altogether.

Mock Tuna Salad

The easiest and best mock tuna salad I have ever tried. I would like to give credit to Lindy Loo on whose blog I found this recipe.
Also, if you omit the mayo, you could use it in Tuna Noodle Casserole.

Best wishes!
