		<title>Cabbage Soup</title>
		<description>This soup is one of my favorite soups.  It has cabbage, green beans, onions, tomatoes, swiss chard, seasonings. Chicken or beef boullion is optional. Other vegetables optional. The original one was found in Weight Watchers magazine. 
This soup is so nutritious, and so low fat that sometimes its almost the only thing I eat for a whole day and into the next one.  .  Because I got hungry sooner I was able to eat several small portions throughout the day, knowing it was healthy. I didn't count calories and it gave my digestive tract a rest from the usual meat and potatoe type food I normally eat.  The serving size depends on a person's appetite. </description>
