Brownie Bread Pudding

With many leftover Christmas goodies, a pan of brownies went untouched and I thought that they would be great in bread pudding. It was a successful experiment! I can't really take a lot of credit for this, because I found the bread pudding recipe on Recipezaar (from cullinaryjudge), but of course you could use your favorite basic bread pudding recipe. Just use half the amount of sugar because the brownies will definitely add sweetness. This is surely something different to do with a box of brownie mix! It's even better if you use brownies with chocolate chips in them, because they melt while baking and add an extra ooey gooeyness factor!

Ridiculously Easy 4-ingredient Chocolate Chip Won Tons

After making crab and cream cheese won tons, I wondered what else would go great with cream cheese and fried up in a won ton wrapper. I absolutely love cream cheese and chocolate chips, so why not? These are quick, easy, and a great 'different' kind of dessert. I usually buy the won ton wrappers that are on sale, so I don't know many this actually makes, because packages vary from 10-12 ounces. I'd say 3 won tons per serving, but these are soooo addicting, you might just want them all to yourself!

Pumpkin Walnut Cookies With Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting

When I couldn't decide between 2 recipes, I smooshed them together and made it my own, especially the frosting. A touch of maple syrup adds a hint of the holidays and the cream cheese adds a rich, creamy texture to the frosting and keeps it not too sweet. Although it's a long recipe, these are easy to make and sooo delicious. Don't be afraid of the thick mixture, especially after adding the walnuts. This produces a soft, moist, chewy, cake-like cookie. If you're not a stickler for smooth edges or are in a rush, refrigeration isn't necessary. It just stays more formed and doesn't create little points after being scooped (especially from a cookie scooper). These cookies don't spread out much, so you can place them closer together on the cookie sheet to bake more at a time. Cooking time is bake time + making the frosting. One serving is 3 cookies.
