Indian Meatballs In Tomato Sauce

This dish is very easy to prepare and the taste is not very Indian. One time I tried to substitute the lamb with chicken. The taste was not as tasty as when I used lamb.
The recipe was from an Indian cook book published by Rebo Publisher.

Prawn With Cilantro And Mint Paste Prawn Dania Masala

Recipe was taken from <a href="http://www.http://www.amazon.co.uk/Indian-Cooking-Australian-Womens-Library/dp/1863960562/sr=1-3/qid=1163518618/ref=sr_1_3/026-2764849-3341255?ie=UTF8&s=books"target="_blank">the Australian Women's Weekly cooking class (Indian).
Dhania means coriander. This dish is very easy to prepare and tastes YUMMMMMYYYY. The masala paste can be made a day ahead and it can be stored in freezer. But do not microwave.
I bought the prawns from Supermarket and asked it to be cleaned. They cut the heads off and the tails. Anyway, it didn't make the difference to the taste =)
