Papas Trashy Fish Bread

I know this sounds bad, but I would not post it if I hadn't been so surprised to want seconds (and thirds) of it myself... & the story goes:
I threw out a loaf of moldy sesame semolina one strange night when my husband was doing dishes. Now, normally my hub is the one throwing moldy food out and I am the one sneaking it back off the top of the trash when no one is looking to cut the moldy part off and serve to the unsuspecting family a n hour later... But tonight it was backwards and my husband did dishes and made dinner and apparently snuck into the trash too... enjoy!

Hoosier Mamas Meal

My mom makes this every summer when the green beans come on. I'm not much of a meat and potatoes type, but I have brought leftovers home and seasoned them up and turned it into one of my family's favorite dishes (so now I make my own;)

Chocolate Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie

I like my pumpkin pie to be a little something other than the usual and I like it year round! This is more of an idea than a recipe because I don't have the time to type up something as basic as a pumpkin pie recipe for y'all right now.

Date And Orange Salad W Feta And Pistachio

Not sure where I got this recipe, but love to make it around holidays.
I use blood oranges if it's February.
white balsamic vinegar has a more mellow flavor.
Trader Joes has raw pistachios that taste even better than roasted!

Cumin Corn Chili

I really think my chili is superb. My husband used to think my chili was not as good as his because it had corn in it. But I persevered and kept cookin it up and now he never even wants to make his own, and when he does... he puts corn in it! I have become a bit of a corn in my chili freak and if I end up somewhere with some corn-less chili, I try to figure out if there is any way I can politely get some corn in there.
With the meat and the beans & corn, this is a double protein meal! And without the meat, the corn and beans together make it still a complete protein vegetarian dish (which is how my mother prepared it for me back in those days;)
