		<title>Fannie Flagg Fried Green Tomatoes</title>
		<description>Found this recipe in Progressive Farmer.
<br>
We went to the expert for this fried green tomato recipe— Robert Lorino of The Irondale Cafe in Irondale, Ala. It's the restaurant that Fannie Flagg based her award-winning novel and movie "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe." To prepare them like Idgie and Ruth would have Lorino recommends that "you want a hard, green tomato that has not yet begun to turn." In other words, you need to use it when it's dark green and hasn't begun to change to a whitish-green color yet. Read on to really get cooking!</description>

		<title>A Cowboys Pot Pie</title>
		<description>This hearty pot pie has a lot of flavor and depth. Original recipe calls for beer or red wine, but beef broth works well too. Beer, along with the sourdough crust gives it a serious kick. A friend of mine called this a <i>husband gettin'</i> recipe.

		<title>Grilled Pan Fried Chicken With Citrus Salsa</title>
		<description>Ok - this is so NOT something that I would normally waste my time trying or even cooking. I am a woman who needs substance - a meat and potato kind of woman, but I had to give this a try and I give it 4 out of 5 forks!

I posted the recipe as I found it but I, of course, changed it up a bit. I only used 2 breast-es-es and I let them marinate overnight - sooooo good.

I also used a finely diced white onion because I wanted a little more kick.

Oh - I'd also make the salsa first to give all of the flavors of the ingredients time to 'marry' and maybe I'd chill it as well.
