Yard Bird Soup

This is another recipe from my childhood. My mom and us three girls were always on a tight budget, and getting the most out of your food was a must. My mom always called it her 'yard bird soup' and stretched one meal into two!

Lets Go To The Store Menu 4

This is the fourth menu for knwalter's group, Lets Go to The Store. This is a list of recipes and groceries for a whole week (7 dinner-time meals), with sides. This menu has chili, chicken, burgers, pork tenderloin, steak, ham, and lasagna, along with some paired side dishes. My house is very potato and meat, so this menu may reflect that to a degree, I tried to diversify my tastes for it, we'll see! I am going to assume that you will have many of these grocery items already because many of them are seasonings, but this list had to include everything!
