Garbanzo And Rice Vegan Stew

I had a long day yesterday, and would you believe I am running out of some of my favorite things last night, and decided to put them all together into this vegan stew of sorts. Feel free to make it into a rice goulash with ground TVP (vegetable protein) or if you are omni, with whatever shredded meat/ground meat/stewing meat you desire. You will have to adjust accordingly with more/less water. This is a lower fat recipe. I can get details on exact nutritional info in a little bit :) Most of the cook time covers the prep time, so it's only going to take (at most) 40 minutes to make. This just depends on how you want the rice cooked. Well done or a bit crunchy.

I don't anticipate this being as popular as other recipes as mine. It's hard to make the right way to get the consisten flavor. You'll know when you have it right, as it have a remeniscent feel on the tongue the way butter would...it's very delicious when made correctly
