White Gummi Bear Martini - World Bartender Championship Winner

My co-worker was a bartender for several years, and she still keeps up with the World Bartenders Championships, new drinks, etc. She showed me the winner of the 2009 championship today, and it sounds GREAT! Had to share. Gonna stop at the liquor store on the way home from work, and this will be our New Years Eve drink!

Turkey Bacon And Swiss Club Burgers

I love playing around with burgers and creating different versions, and decided to try that with ground turkey last night. These turkey burgers are more hearty than a club sandwich and taste great! Will be in our regular rotaion.

Alton Browns Awesome Hot Cocoa

Saw AB do this on Good Eats, and finally tried it this morning. Rich and creamy cocoa. The dash of cayenne is just enough to enhance the flavor of the chocolate. You could use cinnamon instead of cayenne, something my mom used to do. The powdered sugar and cornstarch create a creamy thick and rich cocoa. I used warm milk instead of water, and I added jumbo marshmallows.
