PB Filled PB Chocolate Cookies

They don't feel like they're done, but don't over cook them. They harden up after they come out of the oven. Check out my alteration suggestions as well.

Brie Stuffed Grilled Spinach Crab Cakes W Artichoke Garlic Sauce

Spinach crab cakes stuffed w/ brie and loaded w/ garlic and flavor. Brie is very mild, so you could use a sharper cheese if you would like - I may try that next time.

Yogurt Curry W Noodles

Found this in a magazine on an advertisement. Adding chicken, shrimp, or whatever meat you want would make this a whole meal. Add more veggies for a meatless meal.

Buckwheat Chicken Lasagna

I always cook extra chicken so I have it to make things throughout the week (hence my measurement). I do the same w/ roasted garlic and onions. Buckwheat groats can be hard to find so I guess you could use any other grain or even pasta. This is very filling comfort food, while still staying healthy. For major cheese lovers, you could increase the cheese - but it really doesn't need it.

Vegetable Pizza

I got this recipe from HEB's paper. I would definately make this one "my own", adding roasted garlic and whatever else you like on pizza! I would use low-fat stuff as well and/or use less cheese and more veggies.
