Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Torte

I had a friend who refused to eat alot of white flour as she deemed it "unhealthy" so i thought i could take my favorite nut and maybe use that instead. I had heared you could use ground nuts in place of flour. But i wanted to beable to taste them instead of gridning them into a fine powder. MMMMM am i glad my health fanatic friend dropped by!!!

Chocolate Easy-peasy Pound Cake

This cake (and yes it just happens to be yet another chocolate dish) lives up to it's name. It is heavy and rich and really doesnt even need any icing. But of course it couldn't hurt:) The prep time is very short so most of the cooking goes into the baking time. This cake actually gets better as it sits for a day or so. So if you need to make it ahead of time it still tastes marvelous the next day!

Yummy Chocolate Torte

This chocolate torte is moist and fluffy even without the icing. The icing that goes with it is very rich so you could use just a whipped filling instead...but i believe if you're going to do a chocolate dessert...you might as well do it right. It may take some time to prepare but you have my word that it is SO worth it.

The Best Chocolate Lovers Cake

Oh my goodness! This is for all the chocoholic's out there who like to taste more chocolate in their cakes than flour or any of that other stuff^_~. This is very much like a large round of fudge. Which is why it serves so many people. It does not rise very high AT ALL so it is not a good layering cake but who needs layers...when you have a piece of chocolate bliss!!!

Lovable Linzer Cookies

This cookie takes a little time since the dough is set in the fridge but it is very much worth it. My mom can eat half a batch in one sitting and she doesn't even like cookies! This is my grandmother's recipe that she had handed down to me years ago. Enjoy!
