		<description>This is my guess at a now deceased relative's frosting she made without a recipe.  She gave me her method and approximate amounts many many years ago, and when I make it, it tastes just like hers.  She would frost half a two-layer cake with this and the other half with chocolate for birthday gatherings so you would have a choice of flavors.  Either use this recipe for a small 8x8 or 9x9 sheetcake or double the recipe for a two layer cake.  You need to spread it on thick not thin!</description>
