Carne Asada With Rojas And Guacamole

Carne asada is a northern Mexican specialty, made with traditionally cheap cuts, marinated for tenderness, quickly grilled, then cut across the grain. Often served with pico de gallo, here, it's served with rojas, guacamole, and tortillas (I prefer corn, but it's northern Mexican, so flour tortillas are fine). If you use your broiler instead of the grill, move the pan as close to the flame as possible. Please don't ruin the guacamole by adding citrus, thanks!
