L And Ls Famous Drive-in Barbequed Chicken

When I don't feel like cooking and I'm in the mood for a good Hawaiian-style barbequed chicken meal, I head right to the L&L Drive-In BBQ restaurant in my neighborhood. L&L is famous in Hawaii for their excellent lunch plate meals and dinners. A lunch plate in Hawii consists of a meat, two scoops of rice and one scoop of Macaroni salad. I actually found the recipe for their BBQ'd chicken submitted by the owner of the company and felt so fortunate that I wanted to share the recipe with you. Just try the recipe once and you'll be hooked on L and L's chicken, too. Its just that good!

Barbecued Teriyaki Chicken

I've been using this recipe since 1988! You pre-cook the chicken on your stovetop before you broil or barbecue it outdoors. This marinade is also great with steak and when brushed on burgers right before serving.

Korean Chicken

This is a wonderful recipe for barbecued chicken! You can broil this in your oven as well. The sweet and flavorful marinade is just delicious! Be warned that the fragrance of the cooking chicken might entice some hungry neighbors to drop by unexpectantly! (My neighbors love this recipe!)
