Jamaican Butt Bbq

I have to put up something for the pig eaters. :D So here's my porky response to my vegan kebabs. For those of ya'll not from the South, a Boston Butt is usually cut from the shoulder of the front leg, usually with the bone in. I prefer bone in, but get what you like. No bone will cook faster. If you have the time you can do the entire thing on the grill. I usually transfer to my crockpot after I get a good char on it. I've heard this is really tasty and I usually shred it and serve it with my fennel slaw and grilled pineapple rings for neat twist on the traditional pulled pork sammich. Goes great with sweet potato or plantain fries.
