Grilled Shrimp

So I picked up some shrimp the other day, which got me thinking just when do shrimp stop being shrimp? Are prawns actually shrimp on steroids? If so do they get called before a senate subcommittee to testify? I find it distressing that a group that I normally find contemptible could find me in contempt and send me to jail while all I can do is vote for someone else that may be just as contemptible. That just does not seem right. Back to the shrimp, since these things are 8-12 a pound are they truly shrimp? Couldn't we call them not so big? Why shrimp, I guess when you go in and ask for a pound of not so big you might get just about anything, so that might not work so good. Remember doing "So big" with your children? Notice I did not say kids? one of my dad's favorite sayings was, " Never have kids, cats, or dogs." I had that engraved in stone for him once for his birthday. No we never had a baby goat so the kid part we were able to live with. His other was a line from Kipling's poem the Betrothed, "A woman is only a woman, but a good cigar is a smoke." Kipling is one of my favorites, I kept his definitive addition with me for over 1,071,900 air miles. Oh yah back to the shrimp, have I ever mentioned that I get easily distracted? Lura reads some of this stuff and asks, "Were you on drugs when you wrote that?" Just what kind of a question is that to ask of someone? Besides my lawyer told me not to answer questions like that without him being present. Oh yah, the shrimp. So I stumbled across this deal at the local market $7.99 lb for these monster shrimp, conjures up images of a 1950s horror movie when a giant shrimp devours Tokyo...again. I know $7.99 may not be good depending on where you live but considering where I live, it is about $5 a lb off the normal price. I wonder how they got them this big...I don't think they glow in the dark, but it is hard to tell because every time I open the refrigerator the light comes on. It does not matter how fast or slow I open the door, I can't catch them glowing. They are sneaky, they must hear me coming. Nope not going there, I hope you enjoy this dish it is sooooooo goooood.
