Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Spoon Cake

I absolutely LOVE slow cooker desserts, and pudding cake is one of the best. It separates during baking, forming a custardy sauce on the bottom and a sponge layer cake on top. Serve it right out of the cooker; it's good warm, room temp, or chilled. If you can't find the ground chocolate, use cocoa powder. If all you have is unsweetened cocoa, increase the sugar to 2/3 cup. Note the short cooking time! This isn't a "let it go all day" dish.

Moussaka

My Greek friend gave me this recipe which she got from her Greek sister-in-law. Both these women are terrific cooks! We love this. It's very rich, so we don't make it often, but it is spectacular!
