		<title>End-of-the-Garden Hot Pepper Relish</title>
<description>I had canned gallons of salsa and pickled all of the hot peppers that we could possibly consume for the year. And yet I still had 10 pounds of peppers that I couldn't bring myself to allow to go to waste....

THis recipe is based upon the Red Pepper Relish from the Ball Blue Book.
I used all of those &quot;other&quot; peppers instead. It made a spicy, hot relish,
but not too sweet, that goes GREAT on a bratt or hot dog.</description>

<title>Eggs Benedict Over English Muffins Dated 1951</title>
<description>EGGS BENEDICT OVER ENGLISH MUFFINS DATED 1951
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bowers Estate in Fort Worth, Texas I 1994. Notation on card indicates this was Bubbie’s favorite breakfast.

		<title>Chile Relleno Casserole</title>
<description>Recipe by Melissa's Chef Tom Fraker
A wonderful CINCO DE MAYO recipe.Cinco De Mayo

On May 5, 1862, in Puebla, Mexico, about 2,000 Mexican soldiers under the command of General Ignacio de Zaragoza, defeated invading French forces of 6,000 men. During this important national holiday, parades and mock battles — using fruits as ammunition — are the highlight of the day. Dances, parties, fireworks, and patriotic foods, all celebrate the victory at Puebla. Americans celebrate Cinco de Mayo as if it was one of their personal triumphs, but it is not. It is merely another day of fun, food and festivities.

		<title>My Sisters Chutney Cheese Spread</title>
<description>This is a quick and simple appetizer and very, very tasty! I think the secret is in the type of chutney used, however if you cannot find this brand then use a good chutney. I just gave a wag on the number of servings.
You could lower the fat content by using low fat cream cheese or Neufatel but I haven’t tried doing that...(big surprise).
