Dak Golden Egg Bread

This is my favorite all time recipe from the Dak breadmakers. I had about 3 Daks plus several other brands through out the years. This egg bread recipe is one I make using the dough cycle ( or by hand ) and then make round or braided loaves, rolls etc. It always comes out light, fluffy and delightful!
Perfect for making Challah bread too

Raisin Syrup Sourdough Swirls

These are slightly sweet rolls that are raised with both a sourdough starter and conventional yeast, filled with a blend of raisins, pumpkin pie spice and a drizzle of golden syrup before being rolled twice into a decadent spiral. Each bite is a surprise!

Filling amounts will vary according to personal taste, so aren't included in NI.

Pizza Dough Tips For Dough LikeThe Mellow Mushroom Restaurant

Mellow Mushroom Restaurant , a Pizza chain in the south, Net discussion about their secrets to a great pizza dough. Supposedly their dough is made with a top grade wheat flour, spring water and no sugar. I find that molasses is a type of sugar though and don't know if the no sugar is just a form of speech meaning no "white" sugar.
I did try molsses in my pizza dough and it came out fine- but I saw /tasted no major difference using sugar or the molasses.- not even in the flavor. Suggestions here for your information and experimentation!

Easy Home Made Pasta Dough

Making home made pasta is much easier than you think. it's fun to try something different. I make my own pasta and varied flavors. Maybe you may want to try this sometimes?
Home made pasta, cook smuch quicker than store bought.
I also have a pasta machines, the electric kind plus a hand rolling machine. Beleive it or not, the hardest part of the recipe is cleaning the electric pasta maker, so I like hand made or food prrocessor method the best. The electric pasta machine lets you cut out the shapes and sizes you want though.
