Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

Recipe by Lillyann. Title was intriguing, I don’t bake a lot and gave it a try. I added comments and points that were missing. These are lighter in texture than the Cinnamon Rolls Supreme Recipe I did by Trackwidow. If you want light do brioche, if you want incredible fantastic flavor do my post of Cinnmon Rolls Supreme by trackwidow, they are the best!!!!!!!!!!

Crab Casserole

I found this one, it was attributed to Mrs. Sinzina M Helm, Which got me to thinking about the Matt Helm books and Movies. I know that look, Lura gives it to me all the time. There he goes again. One of these days I will post a recipe with just a simple "tastes good" well….probably not, I am two long winded for that. Do you remember the old Matt Helm Movies? They stared Dean Martin and the only thing they had in common with the books by Donald Hamilton was a name. The books were much better. Well let's not go there as my mind will wander in a direction that it does not need to go. Lura would say it needs a leash. You know what answers you get when you spell check leash when it is miss spelled? lash, leach, leech, and letch, what should I have used? That in its self could lead to some interesting questions. Does my mind lash me? Sometimes it probably should, am I a leech? Fortunately not I always pay my own way. How about leach? Only if I drink lots of water. Am I a letch? Let's not go there. I never could understand the appeal of Dean's song That's Amore it is a bit cheesy (ok pun was intended) I did always enjoy the roasts and his TV show. Some of the younger people are going, "Oh wow he cooked too?" Yes he was a world renown chef! Ok maybe not. Ok let's get back to the recipe! Back….? Remember the Monkeys? Peter Tork tried to launch a solo career with an album called "Peter's Back" which showed his naked back on the cover. No I don't own that one ether. See it does need a leash.

Fried Deletion

The first time I made this dish it was fantastic and I posted it. The second time I made it I was very disappointed in the flat, tasteless mess. It's embarrassing to have a deleted recipe posted. It probably draws more attention than the awful recipe would, but I don't want someone to prepare it and be disgusted with the outcome.

Tortellini Chowder

Keeping with truth in advertising, this recipe started life in a Comforts of Home cookbook compiled form Midwest living Magazine. Yes, like everyone else out there I can't leave well enough alone so it is a bit different. Very tasty great chowder ..............on a cold night, I made this when we were experiencing some of those balmy 11F degree heat waves recently.

Tipsy Chicken Corn Chowder

The nice thing about this is that I have everything sitting around the house and did not need to go hunting in the market to find the parts. They get tired of chasing me out when I bring my shotgun into go hunting. Which I can kind of understand ...........as it is a mess to clean up if I am hunting for lobster. Once you shoot the little buggers the water from the tank gets all over the floor. Luckily I just needed chicken for this and they are kind enough to wrap them in plastic and put them in the freezer section, They don't move as fast this way and a club works pretty well. So no matter what you are hunting for I hope you found it with this dish.
