Char Siu Pork Roast Slow Cooker

Char siu is a Chinese version of barbecue. I've made these several times now and it is very good. Serve with sticky or long-grain white rice and a steamed or stir-fried medley of bell peppers, carrots, snow peas, sliced baby corn, and water chestnuts. The last time I made it, I served it with Spicy Sesame Noodle, Green Bean and Carrot Salad and grilled baby bok choy. A real keeper. Enjoy.
