SOUTHERN FRIED STUFFED CHICKEN With Roasted Red Pepper Amp Vidalia Onion Gravy

***NOTE: This gravy is so good, I told Susan that I could make a meal of it by adding a loaf of french bread for dipping, a salad, and a bottle of wine! Susan says she thinks this gravy would also be excellent as a base for soup. Another great idea,

Crispy Bake QuotFriedquot Chicken

This is a recipe by Cat Cora from the february/March 2009 of my Food Network Magazine. It's a keeper. Not quite the same as real fried chicken but that's what sets it apart. The entire family enjoyed it and would like for me to make it again so that a BIG vote of approval right there

Judys Fried Chicken Tenders Creole Style

This is my version of fried chicken tenders. I use Creole sesoning because of the dept of flavor it adds to the chicken. I make these on days that we have finger foods. For instance, I made these yesterday to go along with my baked chicken wings, macaroni & cheese and a green salad.

Paula Deens Southern Fried Chicken

This is hands down the best fried chicken I ever had! I was skpetical about the hot sauce, but it was great, and now I put that in the eggs when I fry green tomatoes or anything else. NOTE: The House Seasoning recipe is enough to last for ages. There was a note in her website where someone said the chicken was so salty they couldn't eat it...they had used all the house seasoning! ROFL!

Faux Fried Chicken Nuggets Vegetarianvegan

I can't believe it's not Fried Chicken. A couple years ago when PETA demo this at the Stockley Gardens Art Show. That sample really made an impression on me. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Great game time snack.

Southern Fried Chicken

This is my recipe for frying chicken. It's nothing handed down or anything, but something I've done through trial and error. ;) My family likes a little spice, though this isn't hot by any means, it's just not plain 'ol fried chicken. I'm not very good with measurements, that is to say with things like oil, milk and such. I just eyeball that part. Sorry if that's not enough information, but I just don't measure it.
