		<description>I decided to wing dinner with the ingredients I had on hand.  Being a Southern gal, I adore grits and particuarly cheesy grits.  What would pair better with those than luscious shrimp, mushrooms, scallions and bacon?  I used a combo of beer and clam broth/juice to make the grits and added some lemon wedges, a salad and homemade biscuits on the side.  Served with icy beer - or beverage of your choice.
